Welcome to calwineries! My name is Ben Bicais and I am the founder of this website. I grew up in the Napa Valley and have developed an interest in wine and food over the years. I graduated from UC Berkeley with a focus on Early American and Modern Japanese History. Currently, I am completing my level II certification at the International Sommelier Guild.
