Europa Village was established in 2006 and began producing wine from the grapes of select local growers. As the vineyards mature, Europa Village is producing a number of wines under several labels. These labels are C’est La Vie, Bolero Cellars and Vienza, reflecting French, Spanish and Italian flavors. Each one has its own boutique winery on the Europa Village grounds. This unique wine-country concept is meant to resemble the charm of an Old World European village.

In addition to the three wineries, the grounds, the product of the entrepreneurial spirit of the Temecula Valley, host restaurants, a European-style spa, wine caves, a microbrewery, an amphitheatre, shops and a hotel. A residential section also is on the property. Residents are encouraged to grow their own vines and have the opportunity to create their own wines under the tutelage of the Village’s winemakers. Europa Village seeks to provide a relaxing yet refined experience for the day traveler or long-term guest. Visitors have the opportunity to purchase a membership, at different levels, in its wine club, Société Europa. The wineries offer members a number of special selections.

Europa Village’s wineries produce wine with a lower alcohol level. They seek to create a fresh, soothing taste. The C’est La Vie winery has a 2006 Syrah, 2007 En Vie, 2007 Syrah, 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon and a 2009 Chardonnay. Bolero Cellars features a 2007 Tempranillo, 2007 Libido and a 2009 Muscat Canelli. Finally, the Vienza winery has produced a 2009 Sangiovese and a 2009 Pinot Grigio.
